TESFATRADE CORP is an independent commercial intermediary service.

We are not a government authority, not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, or officially connected to ASFINAG (Austria), NDS / Národná diaľničná spoločnosť (Slovakia), NÚSZ / Nemzeti Útdíjfizetési Szolgáltató (Hungary), or any other national toll road authority.

Customers can also purchase E-Vignettes directly from official authorities at their nominal price. Our service provides added convenience, customer support, order processing, and unified checkout for an additional Service Fee, transparently disclosed before payment.

Preliminary Provisions

  1. These E-Vignette Terms and Conditions ("Terms & Conditions") have been drawn up by TESFATRADE CORP in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
  2. The entity providing the services described in these Terms & Conditions is: TESFATRADE CORP, Registered office: 127 N Higgins Ave Ste 307d 2663, Missoula, Montana 59802, USA. Email: support@vingtop.shop. Website: vignettes-online.com.
  3. TESFATRADE CORP provides Services to Users as an intermediary in the purchase of E-Vignettes on behalf of and for the benefit of Users, exclusively within the framework of the Website operating at vignettes-online.com.

Definitions

  1. E-Vignette — an electronically stored authorization to use toll roads, purchased by the Company on behalf of and for the benefit of the User and delivered in electronic form.
  2. Payment Provider — a third-party entity providing payment processing services functionally related to the Service.
  3. Consumer — a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  4. E-Vignette Operator — an authority or operator authorized in the country of transit to issue E-Vignettes and grant the rights arising therefrom.
  5. Fee — the total amount due from the User, consisting of the Service Fee and the E-Vignette Cost.
  6. Service Fee — the fee charged for the intermediary Service together with any applicable taxes.
  7. E-Vignette Cost — the official cost of the E-Vignette paid to the relevant E-Vignette Operator on behalf of the User.
  8. Vehicle — a motor vehicle registered in one of the countries supported by the Service.
  9. Website — the website operating at vignettes-online.com.
  10. Company — TESFATRADE CORP.
  11. User — a natural person who uses or intends to use the Service via the Website.

Technical Requirements and Rules for Using the Website

  1. To use the Website and conclude and perform the Agreement, the User should have a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies, an active email account, and access to a supported payment method.
  2. The User bears any costs associated with Internet access, data transmission, and payment services according to the relevant provider's tariffs.
  3. The User must use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms & Conditions, and the intended purpose of the Service.
  4. The User is prohibited from submitting unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.

General Provisions Regarding the Service

  1. The Service is intended for light vehicles and motorcycles unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Website.
  2. Availability and scope of the Service may vary depending on the country, vehicle type, and E-Vignette rules.
  3. TESFATRADE CORP purchases E-Vignettes on behalf of and for the benefit of Users from authorized E-Vignette Operators where available.
  4. The Company acts as an independent intermediary and is not affiliated with any government toll authority.
  5. The Company is responsible for the proper performance of the intermediary Service. The E-Vignette Operator is responsible for the official toll infrastructure and validity of the E-Vignette within its system.
  6. Payments are handled by external payment service providers.
  7. Invoices may be issued electronically upon request. To request an invoice, contact support@vingtop.shop.

Purchase of an E-Vignette, Payment of the Fee and Transfer of the E-Vignette

  1. To purchase an E-Vignette, the User selects the required product, provides vehicle and order details, accepts these Terms & Conditions, selects a payment method, and places the order.
  2. The Agreement is concluded upon successful payment of the Fee.
  3. The Fee shown on the Website is the total price and includes the official E-Vignette cost and the Company's Service Fee.
  4. The Service does not allow backdated validity dates.
  5. The Website may allow current or future start dates depending on the country and product.
  6. The E-Vignette confirmation is delivered to the email address provided by the User after successful processing.
  7. If the Company cannot successfully purchase the E-Vignette from the relevant operator due to technical reasons not attributable to the User, the Company will refund the full Fee or offer re-registration where possible.

Journey

  1. The basis for an authorized journey is the confirmation of E-Vignette registration delivered to the User's email address.
  2. The User should ensure the E-Vignette is active before entering a toll road.
  3. The User is responsible for complying with the legal requirements of the country concerned, including vehicle plate visibility and correct registration details.
  4. The User should keep the E-Vignette confirmation until the end of the validity period.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  1. The User has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of malfunctioning of the Website or improper performance of the Service.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by email to support@vingtop.shop.
  3. The complaint should include a brief description of the issue, order ID or transaction number, and User contact details.
  4. The Company will review complaints and respond no later than within 14 days of receipt.
  5. The complaint procedure does not exclude statutory consumer rights.

Communication

  1. The main language of communication between the Company and the User is English unless another language is offered on the Website.
  2. The User may contact the Company by email at support@vingtop.shop.
  3. The Company communicates with the User primarily by email or messages sent via the Website.

Validity of the Agreement and Withdrawal from the Agreement

  1. The Agreement is concluded via the Website.
  2. Each order placed on the Website constitutes a separate Agreement and requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  3. The Company may begin providing the Service immediately after the Fee has been paid in full and after the User's consent to immediate performance.
  4. The User acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the Service has been fully performed by the Company with the User's prior consent.
  5. If a refund is required, the Company will refund the payment using the same method as used by the User unless otherwise agreed.

Final Provisions

  1. The Company is the controller of Users' personal data. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
  2. For questions regarding personal data, contact the Company at support@vingtop.shop.
  3. Additional information related to the Service is available on the Website.
  4. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for valid reasons, including changes in law, changes in the Service, or technical updates.
  5. Any amendments shall not apply to Agreements concluded before the entry into force of the amendments.
